Tracking frequently allows you the advantage in some instances to detect signs of a possible delay , mis-delivery or loss . The sooner you see a problem the quicker it can be addressed . Historically this increases chances of package recovery rates .

Refund Request
We will happily accept a return of the unused product ( wick can not be lit or trimmed ) within 7 days of the delivery date if you change your mind . Kindly note no refunds can be considered after 7 days . Buyer is responsible original shipping costs ( as they are not refunded) , return shipping costs and any damage to product during returned transit . Buyer will be charged a 10% restocking fee Once item has been received we inspect the item and approve the refund to undamaged items.

Candle Defect
For replacement of item damaged during shipment we will need a photo of the damage of the unused item within 72 hours of the date of delivery . Kindly try to leave the package in the state in which you received ensuring to capture all damages to the shipping box as well as item
We will gladly replace your Studio Candle if it has defect .Kindly review defect list :
1-Wick will not lite
2-Candle is tunneling after burning properly for atleast 4 hours straight.
Kindly note : The scent or throw of the candle is not considered a defect. If you are not satisfied with the scent the standard return policy applies. We recommend a 100 square feet partisioned area to to have the best scent experience

Missing / Lost package
Once shipped, our processing of the order is completed. You will be supplied with a tracking number generated by your carrier to track movements through final delivery . Unfortunately sometimes packages are lost or stolen. We unable to replace missing or stolen packages . However, you may be able to recover your lost package by reaching out to the carrier directly ensuring to have the tracking details ready. You may also consider seeking support from your local authorities for guidance on a stolen delivery
