For me prayer has been the foundation of spiritual victory.It is through prayer that we speak with the Lord, worship Him, surrender our will, receive His peace, seek His wisdom, receive His correction, intercede for others, and fight the spiritual battles we face by standing firm when the enemy comes against us. Prayer keeps our hearts aligned with God, our minds focused on His truth, and our lives dependent on His strength instead of our own.

Prayer is more than words spoken to heaven.

Prayer is where we draw near to the Lord, and where He strengthens us to stand.

We live in a world where darkness is real, spiritual battles are real, and the enemy seeks to distract, discourage, deceive, and destroy. God has not called us to live in fear of these things . He has called us to remain close to Him. In doing so Luke 10:19 is activated . and Psalms 91 becomes our birthright .

A woman who dwells in the secret place of THE MOST HIGH abides under the shadow of THE ALMIGHTY . No evil shall befall her neither shall any plague come near her dwelling. He has given his angels charge over her to keep her in all her ways .

Therefore RELAX your mind , PRAY in strength REPEAT it continually in Faith .

The weapons are constantly being formed against you . As long as you continue to abide at the Throne of The Lord keeping your prayer life on fire none shall prosper .

Not because prayer itself has power apart from God, but because prayer keeps us near the One who does.
